The 3s continue their positive trend with a convincing win vs. Alton 5 at Bedales. Again an overwhelming response of our youngsters to selection with ten of them now playing regularly in the league. After the first 15 minutes of the match, where the 3s controlled the game with 85% possession and some good saves from Alton's keeper, following a short corner Henry slotted in the first of his hat trick of the day. The tempo for subs was also well managed by the seniors on the side line allowing plenty of hockey for everyone. In the second half the 3s increased their pressure vs the opposition, collecting ten short corners, two of them letal for Alton with Henry deviating the first one into the net and the second after a precise slab -shot into the right corner. At the end of the match the skipper, presented to Henry the match ball as a testimony of his hat trick. Next Saturday the 3s are away to Chichester and they are looking to continuing their positive performances.
